Our Mission
Next Chapter Pathways, Inc. provides safe, structured transitional housing and comprehensive supportive services to adults rebuilding their lives after incarceration, substance-use recovery, homelessness, military service, and other destabilizing circumstances. Through individualized planning, employment support, access to identification and essential resources, transportation assistance, life-skills development, and connections to permanent housing, we empower individuals—including returning citizens and veterans—to achieve stability, independence, and a successful new beginning..

Transitional Housing
Safe, structured housing for six to twelve months while residents build stability and prepare for independent living.
Reentry Support
Guidance with identification, benefits, transportation, recovery support, and connections to essential community resources.
Employment & Life Skills
Job-readiness assistance, employment connections, budgeting, daily-living skills, and preparation for permanent housing.
