Next Chapter Pathways, Inc. is a North Carolina nonprofit created to help adults rebuild their lives after incarceration or during recovery. We believe lasting change begins with safe housing, practical support, and a community that recognizes each person’s potential.
Our approach combines structured transitional housing with individualized guidance in employment, identification and benefits, transportation, life skills, recovery resources, and permanent-housing planning. We meet residents where they are and help them move forward with dignity, accountability, and hope.
